6Will I fail a Drug Test?

Most drug test are geared towards identifying THC, not CBD or other cannabinoids. Please consult with your healthcare practitioner as well as your employer or drug screening company for the most accurate answer.

7How long will it take for the products to arrive to me?

We process orders Monday through Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (P.S.T)

All orders are processed and shipped next business day!

Each order will be provided with tracking information, so you can keep track and better anticipate the arrival of your purchase along the way!

9What is your return & refund policy?

At Find CBD Co, we carry a 14-day return, exchange, and refund policy. To be eligible for return and refund, item must be unused and in the same condition that was received with original packaging.

**Please note, we are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**

For Damaged and Defective electronic/technical products we provide an exchange or credit back reported within 14-days of initial order.

To return or report an item:
  1. Simply email us at:

    • Billing Contact
    • Item to return or exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
  3. Our support team will soon follow-up with further instructions in processing the shipment back to our warehouse!
  4. Once we receive the items back by our Warehouse. Our personnel will issue the Refund or Exchange of the Merchandise back to you, your card or your account! We do not charge any restocking fees.

Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item. Returns must be received within 10 days of pre-paid shipping return label request or within 14 days of original product order date, whichever is first. If you have any questions about our return policy or about a specific return, please contact us.
